Highlights from Heal
Stopped by on a quiet Thursday. No fuss, no crowd—just good music and warm lighting.
The Honey Shrimps (AED 52) hit first. Lightly sweet from the coconut-honey glaze, with a crunch from roasted cashews. Simple, well-balanced, not trying too hard.
The Grilled Salmon (AED 92) was bright and clean. Smoky-red pesto gave it depth, while the pineapple salsa added just enough sharpness. Basmati rice and spinach kept it grounded.
The Rib Eye & Bone Marrow (AED 162) leaned indulgent. Rich, well-seared, with a tangy chimichurri that kept it from feeling heavy. The grilled marrow was a nice extra.
Finished with the Berries French Toast (AED 58). Brioche, vanilla ice cream, fresh berries, caramel—sweet, but still fresh.
Drinks? A Passion Fruit Mojito (AED 36) to start—citrusy and light. Then a Tiramisu Latte (AED 36), which tasted like dessert in a cup.
Everything was solid. Calm space, confident food. Would go again.
